Hybrid INT Bow build for 90 cap

Well i haven't played silkroad seriously for a while now, took a break went back to competitive counter-strike but at a semi active status so at times i find myself bored. SRO isnt what it's used to be but im hoping that the 90 cap will bring the much needed change, but i'll have to honest, im just gonna kill some time before Aion the Tower of Eternity is in CB status and open for the Europe region but till then enjoy some SRO.
I'm thinking about doing something crazy yet fun and start a new char that has been, till today, considered a newb build. But i dun mind cuz my e-penis doesnt care about the greed effects that sro brings!

Phy 57 - Mag 88 clean (STR 142 - INT 343)
Masteries
Main - Lv90 pacheon
Main - Lv90 cold
Sub - Lv80 light
light could be 90 as well, but i'm not gonna waste an awfull lot of time just to collect the sp. Basicly the build is somewhat designed for a high fun factor and made to do ranged damage while decreasing speed of targets. The hybrid ratio is there to provide a bit of extra hp and up the crit for certain bow skills, and ofcourse to complement the hybrid weapon that the bow is. While some might think that such a build is simply newb i think it has it perks for both PVE and PVP.
Perks:
Ranged weapon attacks
Medium to High damage
Stun skills
Knockback skills
Icewall tank ability
Snowshield tank ability
Cold status effect (reduce/stop) movement by imbue or active cold skills
Just wondering what you people might be thinking about an idea like this, such a build for the 90 cap. No cold immunity for those without fire so its gonna be annoying as hell to pvp with. Going to be something like how the cold blader was for 60 cap or something.
What's ur feedback? A do or don't? Discuss!
