does this skill stop pt mobs, giants, champs from attacking you?
or only normal mobs?

only stops normal mobs and i thik normal party mobs aswell,
champs and giants still attack you

You're right. It prevents normal and party mobs from attacking you, but champions and giants will still come after you.

Yes, and it also doesn't prevent npc thiefs from attacking you while trading/hunting.
And offcourse neither npc hunters.

also be aware of a bug thats been happening, you set up your noise, go outside and be attacked by normal monsters under the lvl prevention
