How do i powerlevel someone?

im a lvl 27 and my brother just reached level 5 and wants to be power leveled... how come when i kill things at or near my level he gets like 100 something exp?

the closest thing to powerleveling in the game is to have 7 people killing mobs that are just red for the one being power leveled.. otherwise its about the same rate as normal grindind.

plus hes level 5. buy him a double xp scroll lol. should zip right to 20

If he's lvl 5, get 6-7 other people to XP share pt with him and wreak havok in the bandit den.

lol bandit den might still be too high for power level.. maybe young tigers or something o.o, or chi'in tomb

Well, if someone had rez, just run him in, and then rez whenever he dies. Get him to the middle where there's no mobs, and the XP share range SHOULD be large enough that he can just chill there.

if your on venice, i'll gladly help ya. i've got lvl 28 pure int, i can 1 hit anything on the jagan side of the river (except giants, i can 1 hit champions on zerk mode)

becouse to prevent power lvling the game devs made a exp share system that gives exp penalty's to people of diferant lvl's
normaly exp would be shared , but its modified by lvl diferance , and most of the time that means alot of the exp is lost into thin air

walk to the chakjis.. then get him to sit there take out bow and start one hitting them..
