Until what level am I good?

I am level 36 currently, and fully farmed. I have 290k remaining sp, will this get me until level 70 at least?

Depends on your build, and how many trees you intend to be taking.
Figure it out with an SP Calculator for yourself, if you're unsure.

It will most likely get you to level 70-72

it should last you till lv 70 unless you are an Int based char.
It really does depend on your Masterys and what you want.
