Parry Ratio Buff

Im level 69 STR Archer and at 90cap im going:
Pacheon 90
Fire 90
Lightning 90
Cold 30
I want to use as minimum SP as I can...And i wanna know, is it worth getting Parry Ratio? Is there a noticable difference?

....Let's put it this way, watch the dmg of monsters that do 1 hit not combo hits, notice the max dmg, and notice the min dmg you recieve. The perry buff will increse the likelihood to get hit for the min dmg. Make your own choice from there, but your conclusion will probably be the same as mine, perry buff = really good.
Keep in mind that min dmg of a sosun spear + 7 is about 300 less than it's max atk, which is about the same as the max atk of +7 72 spear. That's a good 3-4k of dmg right there.
