Does a pure str build need to maximize the mag attack buff, or the mag attack/reinf % on its weapon?
Does a pure int build need to maximize the phy attack buff, or the phy attack/reinf % on its weapon?

I never noticed any great difference in dmg, when my mag buff is off, nor when assimilation farked up my mag attack 41%->0%.

My build: pure str blader (lvl73).

They would both help out so just maximize it.

M.Attack affects your imbue, so higher = better, but not by much.

For pure int, they also use weapon skills, so again higher p.atk/buff/reinforce = better p. attack dmg, not by much though, by very very little, probably within 500dmg at level 80. It will not affect nuke dmg.
