Nuker Help

I'm making a nuker,
i orignially had
20 ice 20 fire 24 lightning 21 bicheon 10 heuskal 0 force

now i have

12 ice (and going down)
20 fire
24 lightning
24 bicheon
24 heuskal
12 force (and going down to atleast lvl 10)
i'm thinking of skills for heuskal and bicheon
Bicheon:
Chain Series
Blade force
Snake Chain (kind of a combo of the 2 ^)

Heuskal:
Ghost Petal
Tiger Chain
Flying Dragon (maybe)

i am maxing all the buffs except the physical damage % which i got to lvl 1 just to add an extra 3 % damage rather cheaply.

I'm also wondering what nukes i should max. (i'm willing to sp farm so don't be cheap on sp use tips)

please comment and give me advice.

well get the fire nuke flame wave arrow lvl 1 and flame wave burning lvl 1 b4 lvl 50 when u can use tiger thunderbolt

and do get the phys buff or glaive will own u bad cold must be raised

crap.....i just got rid of 11 masteries of cold
