Well, though i'd make a euro char and i've roughly decided that im going either 2h warrior or wizard but im having trouble picking one. Also i dont know much about them lol . Any help is welcome and please leave a reason if possible ^^

Ok, if you want to be doing max damage, go wiz

if you want to tank, go 2H sword

euro wiz is similar to chinese spear nuker

while 2H sword is similar to a pure str glavie/blader

W/e you want, but imo warrior is more fun

1h/warlock seems to be going around nicely

well for warlock i know nothing about it

About the wizard or warrior, im also not sure which sub classes are good for them. I heard cleric and bard were good subs

my wiz is at lvl 54, and i wish i started on a warrior

go wizard sub cleric. bless spell and recovery division help out alot.

dont go for wizard its realy boring. I cant use weapon skills and u just one hit all ur lvls

you will die a lot until u get recovery division at lvl 40 but then you will be able to solo

Rogue ~ Wizard except cool skills lol. Wizard is for the animations. If thats what u think is cool about silk then get it.

wizards have horrible survival rate, but godly damage
they also take like 1095423075023750912872394719274 sp

warriors have great survival rates, but not-the-best damage
knock down ftw!

1h warrior was really fun.

i voted wiz....just sucks cuz once you get the lvl 30 skills you get no new skills untill lvl 60

well i picked the warrior...

but ive been looking at the other classes and rogue doesnt look too bad either

Do not select wizard, yes they have godly dmg but survival is horrible+attack skills only lvl 4,20,60,80 and no skills from 81 to 100. That gets a lot boring

.....In the end it all comes down to damage or defense. Everyone just tells you if they prefer doing more dmg over being a little harder to kill, but in the end it is only up to you.

alright, no question about it, picking a warrior. Last thing, used up all my char slots on troy and it'll be another 6 days until its open. Are all servers pretty much the same? lol cus i plan on picking another to make him on

deffinetly go with 2h warrior. mine is lvl 55 and with maddening, i can hit 12k on a pathetic wizard of the same lvl =P
also, put sub job of bard, so you can use moving march, and speed up grinding.

Dont go wizard body, i just owned one on pvp. Im lv 29 he level 34. He's first attack was the stone thing.. 1,4k-1,5k he took. Then i did my attack 200, efter that i healed me, upp to 1,9k hp. THen he did that ice thing 1,1k me having 800 hp left made my 5 combo and after 4 hit he was down.

You go whatever you want. Im just telling you wizard usally get pwn in pvp.

Dont think wizzard are so weak like the most of you are saying, im a lvl 73 wizzard on Hercules i just entered on finall gear 8degree and i think all you need to survive a bit more is a good gear.

of course we will never be able to tank alot of hits on pvp or grinding but our class is not suppose too.

I acctually have a 2handed-sword warrior with sub-cleric just for ress and minor buff´s.. besides recovery and healing division!

Works great...

And my opnion for a good pure-str warrior is... choose a 2 hand weapon... Sword or Dual-Axe, but don´t forget to be a Sword/Shield also!

Warrior tree is the smallest... you can get S/S without any problem ... and everytime a higher lvl giant or a party monster appears, switch to S/S and kill it as easy as a ant.

With huge HP, higher DEF and block chance, pot delay isn´t a problem!

And I have also a pure-int Wiz/Bard ... very good to solo and also good for party with clerics or pure str chars!
But they really die a lot...
This is not a big problem... i can kill 5 monsters at time with 1 or 2 AoE spells... so you die a lot... but u kill a lot also... my wiz get lvl´s faster than my warrior that don´t die... but kill´s only 1 monster at time!

So... make both chars!

well making both is easy ...leveling both at the same time is a bit harder

1H Sword + Any other Sub Class apart from Wizard.

After reading this guide and all the talk about a warrior i decided to quit my wizard and start a warrior and it is bad@ss

after watching that...me too i changed my mind about them lol. Never seen a high level with s/s and at the low levels..... its easy to not like it

about the sub for s/s... warlock needed? or will cleric do just as fine?
