Fire at level 90

Could someone tell me why its going to be useless at this level cap.

And as a hybrid int. if I were to go 90light 90ice and 90 wep. and 30 fire then would i be using lightning as my imbue. Im just confused because fire has a stronger imbue but people are saying to only level it to 30. Thanks in advance for the help.

Not useless just pure ints are just taking ice and lightining over it because they need the defence and the damage.

it is useless for most hybrid int because the buff from lightning (about 1500 more dmg) will make you do more dmg than the slight increase from fire imbue (about 100 more dmg)
