Wicked build

Hey,

I decided that i should make a chinese character but I was a bit confused on what it would be so I came up with this:
90bicheon
90lightning
60heuksal
60fire or ice

It will be a hybrid and i was thinking in giving like 1 str and 2 int per lvl.
Since I've never made a decent chinese character I was hopping on getting your opinion on this.

60fire or ice <---I would say get both and forget about heuksal
