Pure Int S/S Lightning/ Bicheon/ Cold need help!!!

ok, im a lvl 23 pure int nuker and i have 19 heuksal, 20 lighning, 20 ice, 19 bicheon and 15 fire. so i was thinking of this build: 90 Lighning/ 90 Ice/ 90 Bicheon and 30 hueksal. but i found out that u can still be immune to status effects even if u have 30 fire.
and i have seen a lot of pure int raising fire to 30 instead of heuksal. i chose to lvl heuksal cause i would love some hp and i would lvl faster to 30 with it. but should lvl fire to 30 instead? i will get some physical damage, magical defense and the immune to status effects thing. plus i will have the fire nuke to use after my lightning nuke . but i am not sure, cause i like to live longer then kill faster. pls tell which one i should choose 30 heuksal or 30 fire .

and should i use the ice nuke in pve cause in the guides it says they are useless and do very low damage.

get both 30heuksal and 30fire for the HP and fire nukes. fire nukes could still be good as the 2nd nuke instead of ice nukes. as you level from 30-40+. get rid of heuksal when u leveling from 80-90 in the next cap raise. by then, those little HP gain is nothing compared to your overall HP. and so the opportunity to be effects immune becomes a lot more valuable.

pve wif ice nukes are ok. but your light nukes and shouts with weapon skills are more than enough. so you could skip that to save on sp.

level fire for maximum level speed! then de-level it at cap, the hueksal sounds nice, but I don't really see it useful outside pvp. looks like you're planning for 90 cap though, so yeah, that build does look nice..but i'd still level with fire and lightning, and de-level fire at cap.

oh, and about the 30 into fire/hueksal..both are good, even force has its benefits. and you can test them all, if you don't like..de-level.

my opinion: 90 light / 90 bicheon
and the rest 120 on cold and heuksal....60/60, or 50/70

as a pure int ... u really need passive Hp from heuksal.
if u put all status error 100 % on ur accessory u will never be ice cube...maybe just little slowered....but are not many str builds who have cold lvl max....so....
u can also use a spear; and if u ll put more in heuksal...can use weapon skills too, with great dmg and stun or kb

Level 30 heuksal passive wont make much difference at lvl 90 cap. If you plan to keep it only to 30, between fire and heuksal, go fire. At least at lvl 90, fire mastery lvl 30 would still be useful for your char. Heuksal lvl 30 is only for the passive, skills will be useless at that point :/.

ok i will take fire to 30 . but does heuksal skills maxed at 20 let u lvl faster like at 26-30?

nuke with spear is higher dmg. higher chance of 1 nuke KO your mobs.
