did any wizard here got the mana dought skill i know it drain ppl's mp if that the case does that mean nuker cant use mana shield?

it increases mana potion use delay on target,

basicly causing mana shield to run out since they cant pot it fast enough
(assuming you dish out some damage)

....in 4 secs you can maybe do 2 hits... I am sure anything that does enough dmg to take off 20k mp would kill some1 with 9-10k hp..... Useless against mana shield, useful against maybe pure str and in group fights.
