level 40

then I think theres some type of apprentice guardian thing? dunno how that works

It does it automatically at level 40, and lets you grade the guardian, so don't go closing that window when you level, and select Very Satisfied instead.

The guardian can also make an apprentice above level 40 graduate throuhg the academy window. And level 60+ assistants can also graduate themselves.

How do you get into an academy??

One of three ways:

1. Press "L" and go to matching to bring up the guardian matching window. There guardians can list recruitment details. Select one and press join/apply for a position appropriate for you.
2. When you start a new charachter, there is an exclamation mark icon located on the top right. This will also bring up the guardian matching window.
3. Go to any player storage, and look up the honor rankings list. There you can just private message any active guardians. If they are keen, they will come and invite you.
