This is just a general Skill Question, I usually keep most of my sword/blade skills at level 1 unless I am almost the level to get the next book. I am just wondering if it is really worth keeping skills other than chains high as I can.

Sword/Blade Skills That I Max
All Chains
Lv41 Knockdown (Forgot Name, Using School Comp)
Shield Block Passive

I just don’t see that little added damage per level to be very important unless it is a chain, since most of a skills damage comes from that Percentage which never changes. I fair out well against lv50 enemies and I am currently Lv42 and killing Mujigi’s with 5kexp and 409 SP per kill with 1 level gap and I am getting a lot of SP in the process.

STR/FIRE Blader, Using Lv42 SoM+4 Sword (380max phy, 663max mag, 9crit)

Get to Lv47 to wear the whole SoM Set - Lv44/47
Repay a 11mil Debt by Selling Old Armor - 1/11mil
Lv42-47 SoM(Mostly) Armor Set - Completed
Lv42 SoM/Sun Sword or Blade - Completed
