Warlock & Barb : Skill Questions

I know the Barb has a skill called Noice that reduce your agro. There is also a skill for the Warlock that reduces agro.

So my question is, how similar are these two?
Do they work the same?
If not, how different are they?
How does each one works?

Would appreciate for answers

Noise does not reduce aggro, it prevent pre-emptive attacks from aggro normal mobs excluding champs and giants.

You are probably thinking of Mirage and Discord wave, these two skills work in the same fashion, they make the aggro mobs around you stop attacking and turn them into passive mobs. I imagine they will attack the nearest enemy in about 5 seconds as if they just spawned, but I could be wrong and it might last longer instead.
