my hybrid is like the latter but i only put 26 in it(by accident, id be pure if i knew what i was doing) and i'm pretty strong, im able to nuke hard while still tank(tho the SOS helps ^^)

1:3 is great if you like taking 3 nukes to kill blues.
You'll want a 93% mag balance for optimum effects. You can go less for more Hp but you'll just be that much worse PvM
