What is your build? If you are pure or hybrid INT you may want to train on something 3-5 levels below you. If you are a pure STR or STR hybrid you want to train on something your level or 2 levels above you. You can use the following chart to find the mob levels.

wat ever your build , pure str or hybrid or pure int
alway's hunt on silver or white or gray or how ever ya all wanna call that coller monsters . if you cant handle the silver types , move to green and try to get stronger
if you can also handle orange mobs or red even than STICK with the silver mobs , you kill those faster , get more exp per hr that way , and usualy way more gold from drops and npcing random craps you find

I am lvl 41, and have been hiunting in the Tarim basin against black robbers (a weak white mob) and black robber archers (green now).

The yeowas are green now as well.

White mobs really do not give you much more xp than the green ones, and the green ones you kill faster.

small & red scorpions, red and dark eyed ghosts would be a good monster to kill at that level.

ints can handle orange mobs with ease :p
str too, but hp shouldn't be a problem at all :)

QFT

If you can't kill orange mobs as an int, you're doing something very wrong
