lvl 80 - 100 skills?

are there any information about the lvl 80-100 skills , especially euro skills yet? maybe someone translated the skills from the korean silkroad page. i tried with babelfish but the translation didnt make much sense ^^
so pls let me know if anybody knows something about the new skills and what they do.

but there are only information about chinese skills, nothing about euro except of some skill icons and the korean description =(
