Hyrbrid? STR i would say get it if you have extra SP.
Hybrids? INT then i would get it completly its very usefull I dont know why you didnt get yet, Unless you dont have enough SP.
Its does alot of dmg and is critical if you want to kill Uniques and PVP its very use full and helps get 1 hits if your weapons/armor are GODLY.
Well thats my advice now choose for your self.
