this does not seem right ;S help

i just made a rogue (dagger) yesterday, and my stats seems weird.
i am level 20 with 96 STR and 39 INT. Does those stats show signs of me going full STR?
i am 100% sure i went STR with every one of my stat points but shouldnt i be on 100 STR and 40 INT?
we start off with 20points in each, each time we level we gain 1 for each, and 3 stats points for us to add.
start off with 20str, currently lvl 20 so 40STR, level 20 x 3 str points equals 60. So if we add it up it should be 100STR.. correct?
as for int. i start off with 20, leveled to 20 so therefore 40int and i got 39.
so did i work it out wrong? or is there something wrong with euro characters? and yes i have taken off all my gear.
