Is force helpfull for a glavie?? with all the weakening curses and all

I would say that its not bad, but your enemy can click that "curses" away instead of pill it away. If all guys on the servers are noobs and don't know about that, then it could be nice. I guess that this skill is better for nukers or int hybrids and not that nice for pure str or str hybrids. Str deals always low damages, doesn't matter that much if you make 500-1000 damage more on a level 80 and that only if you're lucky and your enemy didn't clicked it away. I would say, that this is a lot of sp wasting.
At times where in iSRO was no alchemy, there was force a real funny thing for me. I was a pure str fireblader and was really annoyed of the damage from nukers. If they ksed me, i just followed them, till they was on 3 little monsters or on a giant. I used my force skill to reduce their parry ratio. The next critical of a monster was to 99% their death, but that was at lvl 40-50. I delvled force at around level 55. Whatever, today there will no nuker die from that shit. They can have nearly the double of their normal HP with alchemy.
