Submastery for Rogues

Hey im going to create a rogue but im not sure about the submastery.
i think cleric, bard or warlock are the only ones that im interested in..
but i have some questions about these submasterys and how useful they are for rogues.
lets start with bards...
Does the effect of Moving March stack with Scud of Daggerrogues? if it does you could be very fast and escape from stronger players in pvp... and also you wouldnt have to buy a horse because you could run much faster ^^
And are there any other usefull bardskills for rogues except of moving march and noise?
clerics are said to be the best submastery for pvp rogues.. but the only usefull skill would be bless spell and holyword.. i think healing cycle or recovery division wouldnt work well with a pure str char? i mean if you cast these spells and switch back to dagger or xbow the heal wouldnt be noticeable or am i wrong?
another choice would be warlocks.. i think this build isnt that common but actualy it has many skills that could help a lot even as a pure str char.
all the debuffs of the third line of warlock skills are not effected by int and remain on their targets even after switching weapons.. you could lower your enemys physical defense as well as their attack power (not sure if both skills stack on one enemy) then you can cast sleep or stun on your enemys and you can lifeleech (i think there is one skill that increases lifeleech by a fixed amount so it might work with pure str aswell)
theres another skill that sometimes reflects most of the damage you take back to your enemy. the first skill works only while you have your warlock rod equiped but the last skill of that line does the same for your whole party and theres no" required weapon: warlock rod" in the skill description.. so this could be very usefull as well.
i realy dont know which submastery to choose.. maybe you can answer some of these questions to help me decide for one...
thanks in advance
