How usefull is mana cycle for pure str?

Hey guys, some bards casted the mana cycle on me a couple of times and that's really great. But my question is, how usefull is it for a pure str (rogue)?
Furthermore, does the continuous seconds improves at higher levels?

Time does not lengthen at higher levels. And if you ever run out of MP during PvP then it would be useful. I have never seen any warriors or rogues run out of MP though, so I don't know if it is worth anything.

Well, don't know about the later levels, but right now I ain't got much mana. Well, that is for my best skill. The other hardly costs anything...

the euro str classes have skills that dont use up much mp.
