Question bout balance

Hi, does anyone know how to phy and mag balance is calculated?
I'm a hybrid, was 2:1 int now trying to make a 5:1 int (will only reach at lvl 70, lolz).
I was thinking of controlling point allocation base on balance instead of a fix system.
Anyone can help me with this?

good question. i know that your gear is factored into it; weapons for example have phys and mag balance stats. bears looking into.
