Which is better??!!!...pure int (spear) or (s/s)!!

I've started my char from some weeks ago and now its lvl 30 pure int spear...and i am wondering now which weapon is better for me and i wanted to know about the maximum lvl of each mastery in a pure int build (cold,fire,light,<huessual or bicheon>) thx for ur help ^^

spend all SP on usefull S/S skills.. then spear oni up hp passive till lvl 40.. get urself hi BR atlest 17 then u char will doin fine..

+ Hp Boost
+ Stun, KB
- Lack of defence

Spear is meant for hybrids only! , you get easily owned as full int spear by str builds.

S/S

+ Decent dmg
+ High def
+ KD/Stab
+ Shield protection series
- Maybe it will do less dmg than spear but if you are full int and got nice gear its superb

Also S/S can be used by hybrids and full ints. The thing is with S/S that you get KD/3x Stab thats 4x dmg while your oponent cant do nothing(0 dmg).

that is for all builds
i believe the pure str glaive is the only build that actually can do decent without perfect alchemy gear.

either weapon you will need light and ice maxed
i suggest you go sword/shield because you will rely less on snow shield.
pure int spears tend to be the 2minute of fun builds and when snow runs out they die, a sword/shield can survive longer vs more enemies.

what are your plans in the future?
some people just like to grind and once in a while do a 1on1 in cape. others just want team based pvp (guild wars/job wars)
if you choose team based i suggest you go sword/shield for the first option spear and pray you can kill anyone in those 2 minutes
