Ok i was wonder if the gender transfer Certificate change your gender permently and if it does, does it change all the clothes you are wearing to? And what are these capes everybody seems to be waering blue red black gold is it for pvping?

the certificate only change one time a item after that disapear ,no you can't transfer the certificate those are like "demos" of the products of the item mial so they can't be transfer

the gender changer doesn't affect your character. it affects a piece of gear. if you play a male, and you pick a killer female item, you can use the gender switcher to change it to male so you can wear it. to change your character's sex, you have to buy a skin change from the item mall.

They do have skin changers, but I think they should get a gender changer in the item mall too. They should also let guys wear skirts!!!
