Hybrid at 90 cap

Just a quick question, what should the masteries for a 2:1 INT hybrid spear nuker look like for the 90 AND 100 cap?

dont worry about that cap yet, worry about the current cap or else u will mess up ur character badly

But from what i hear, the 90 cap will come in a few months, if so, i would like to know what my skills should look like, because atm i am level 34, and getting to 80 will take me a long time, so i would like to prepare sooner then later, because i hate dropping skills.

ok then ... this is wat i told another friend
assuming ur masteries are hesukal/fire/lightning/cold
hesukal - lvl 80
fire - lvl 80
lightning - lvl 80
cold - lvl 60 <--- cold should never be lvl 80 becuase for the defence, just to gain 10% more def. u need to be lvl 80 and its not worth it.
wat im telling u as a build might seem like everyone elses build at lvl 80 cap but u must keep this becuase u are a hybrid nuker, so u might fight too with heuskal skills... thats why i put heuskal to lvl 80 ....
if u dont like it , fill free to experiment with the skills, do some researching

yup, it would work, however you wouldn't be a very hard hitter with your nukes,
grind with your weap skills too

Actually, lightning gets a new nuke at lvl 90, so the 90 cap is perfect for this build. You can grind with 2 lightning nukes + lion shout + any heuksal skills you may want to add. If you add 30 fire you could still get immunity from effects too.
