Hi there. I am trying to find out once and for all if imbues affect nuking damage. Should I be imbuing with fire right before I use my fire nuke or is imbuing melee only? thanks

Yes it helps. You can imbue before the nuke is actually shot, so you can get more attacks in form one imbue.
