Some bard and cleric questions

For bard's Noise, are NPC thieves affected by it? And if I stay on the transport, will the skill work?
About clerics:
Can you cast Body Blessing (+phy def buff) on yourself? The in-game description didn't say that you can't cast it on yourself (unlike the +str and +int buffs), so I was wondering if this could be used for soloing, as a cleric/ sub bard.

No, it doesn't work on NPC thiefs.
But it does work against mobs when you are on your transport. It also works for your transport if you aren't even on it.

Im not an pleveled cleric but my sub is cleric and its 35lvl.

you can cast Bless spell on your self if thats what u mean and it last for 45 sec i use it when im soloing or in a party and an PG/G appears...

No, I mean the 3rd book of the last row of skills that is called Body Blessing. It gives +23 phy. def, lasts 1800 secs, and they didn't mention if the spell can be casted on yourself. (unlike force and mental Blessing, which gives + str/int and cannot be casted on yourself).
Can anyone confirm this?
