If you're not sure, don't pick a subclass right now. Wizards are still effective without one.

Earth Fence (or the next book) + Blessed Spell + Zerk FTW

this is what i am doing, wizard with bard sub for noise and moving march, at lvl 70 you get 80% moving speed increase, nvr heard about mana cycle tho.
the rest of the builds as a sub suck, cleric is useless b/c all the buffs disappear when u got back to staff, i guess u could heal urself, but seems like a pain to me
EDIT: spelling mistake

its a buff that gives u certain amount of mana for 15 seconds. its not really useful at higher levels, pure int wizards have loads of mana already.

Pick a sub that is effective to your playstyle and suits you. No point picking the one that is the most famous, but doesn't suit you.
