My friend tried to hit another player today, but was not able to.
This player followed me around for 20 min KSing me and laughing. He tried to warn the other player off. He siad go ahead and kill me, so my friend tries to hit him. The game says he is not high enough level. I was able to hit someone at level 20. Does anyone know why this is?

well u should be able to hit someone after lvl 20

the other player should be lv 20 too.
he can't be in your party
you need to hold down alt then click his name , you will become offender

yeah i am getting that, last night i was training and some lvl like 23 ( i am 34)
kept exchanging with me. so i wanted to kill him.
I tried to attack but i kept getting your lvl is too low to attack.

did you hold down Alt and click them? that's the only way to attack someone.

yeah i am lvl 34 and he was like lvl 26

strnge i do it al the time lol (Doctor says its bad for my leveling i dont listen i think of it more as insentive to grind it off without dying) I hate ks'ers

How long offender status last and are it bad like murder/wanted?

back to the topic, I think it's a glitch

My friend was able to hit me when i got to level 20. I think the other player was too low level.

proven wrong since an alliance mate (5x) accidentally PKd a lvl 18 at the chakji's a couple weeks back.
