Fire-Pure Str-Blade.

hm full str fire blader..is that stronger in pvp than pure int ice bower
or fire light nuker..pure int of course..?

Have you read around at all?

Int aren't good in 1v1 PVP, but they are gods in group fights.

Bladers are near impossible to kill 1v1. I was theiving and it took two 53+ bladers to kill my 51 guy.

I would say that either pure STR ice bow or pure STR ice/fire blade are the two best PvPers. Most pure STR can be good at PvP if you know how to use them. INT on the other hand do not really handle well in 1v1 situations such as cape wars.

Int builds are gods of group PVP. In wars, Int people just set up in a group and cast ice wall, then nuke the shit out of anyone who comes near them.

1v1 is pure str, but group PVP is ruled by INT.

That is grade A BS. A competent Pure Str Blade will NEVER be outtanked by a Pure Int Sword.

y is a lvl 4x telling me wat i can or cant tank
im using a pure int sword shield and im telling u i can tank pure str bladers
as long as equip and lvl is about the same a pure str fire blader doesnt deal enough to kill a pure int sword shield
im in pvp all the time and the onli pure str i cant tank is glaivers

since most ppl focus on pvp, they forget there are also guildwars...which is MUCH more fun than pvp :p

int users are just IT when it comes to guildwars

i beat a pure str blader when i was lvl 35(same lvl)...but he was a cold blader.

ugh...i thought pure str/fire/glaive was better than sword...maybe i will have to change all my masteries too

^ glaivers are still pretty hard hitting characters, just no shield. they are hell for nukers though. (1 crit = death)

i think what he means that a str blader wearing garm can tank a sword nuker wearing armor.

which is true. bladers don't do enough damage at once to kill a nuker in armor with a shield

there is no best.

yeh RaiK i did mean bladers dont deal enough to kill pure int sword shield armor but too many people in forums just keep reading about how pure str bladers own everything in pvp and never tried themselves

the onli way for these builds to kill each other is to outdmg the other persons potting speed

for a pure str blader to kill a pure int sword shield armor they need 2 consecutive crits from a 200% or more skill which is hard already and even harder when it could be blocked

for a pure int sword shield to kill a pure str blader they need 4consecutive nukes without being blocked or knockdowned which is also very hard

so these 2 in pvp is pretty even so pls dont say everything is untrue till u have tested it

i think cold blader cz even though u have autopill u still be froze or frostbitten for 1 - 2 secs depending on the pills cz thats just the way it does it, and cold blader has won the korean PVP tourneys the most i think or maybe ice bow full str. and cold fire blade at lvl 63 only does bout 200 dmg more and dats using all buffs, fire only does 200 dmg more because ice has that phy defence buff which takes 85 dmg away and fire imbue only does about 90 dmg more, but fire bladers count on there flame wisdom which gives dem bout 10% more dmg if maxed out. but still i'm a ice blader and has nvr lost a PVP battle so far against int builds and fire bladers and other full str builds at my lvl, but maybe i'm just lucky =) and i'm not saying fire blade is bad its equal as gud as ice, wen them 2 clash fight lasts bout 20mins untill fire runs out of pills or either 1 runs out on pots. if u want to tank loadz of mobs and have great surviability den use ice, if wanna do nice dmg but also take alot of dmg den use fire.

hmmmm wen i link my 4hit and 5 hit combo together the int sword has lost a chunk of his/her dmg and i used a KD and stab on him/her or KD + KD on him/her and she was dead cz my ice slowed here nukers down so she had trouble inflicting big nuke dmg on me(it works if timed right)
