9 gapping is keeping ur highest mastery lvl 9 lvls below ur char lvl. u get the most sp gain from doing so.

well depends on what your goal is.. I always focus on the skills that will help me lvl faster.
So first dmg, then overal def. Wich skills depend on how you fight. asuming you only use nukes and most the mobs till like 50 are fysical dmg . i would pick these:

- imbue first,
- windwalk series=> speed very important imo.. but it's personal really.. some ppl don't mind being slow.. i really hate not having grasswalk and phantom. But you got range so mobs will come to you.. so you could place this lower.. like behind the firenuke or concentration even.
- then the firenuke +shout so you'll have a combo that will finish most mobs off.
- then concentration for the parrry ratio=> extra def. (and passive)
- After that the light nuke or put this before concentration..
it all depends on your gear too. If you got a good weapon and bad armor then you switch it.. but the above is what you need for grinding the most.

The whole bicheon serie is not a priority after 30. It's mostly for def skill at least for me.. i've seen nukers use chains in PvE but I don't... i only use the sword dance to pull a lot of mobs and the shield technique for when it get's to hot to handle :) or when there is one of the many laggs :)

All the others are generally skill that are needed for mobs at higher lvl's or are pretty much for pvp only or at least mainly. And at first I asume you wanna focus on lvl'ing. By the time this doesn't go anymore you'll prob have read up enough here to decide which skills got priority ;)

Hope this is understandable.. typed this in 2min :D i'm kind of in a hurry.
