I have some questions about my build, I have read so many guide but I still dont know. I dont know much about Chinesse because I just played europe.

I start chinese with a full int lvl 12, but i dont know is that is a good build I know I can lvl fast so I like that but I read that they are the weak class, so I should stay pure int or hybrid? and what mastery's should I use. My char is lvl 12 pure int

It isn not one of the weakest builds.If you got a very good gear and a weapon,you will OWN others

I would take Bicheon/Fire/Light and Ice ( lvl 30 )
A sword/shield is better,because you got a higher defense and you can also block.
A spear nuker ( Heuskal ) has got a higher dmg.You can get more HP by taking the passive skill from heuskal.
I would stay pure INT

I already have 7 on fire, should I be

Fire/Heuksal/Lightning and a little of cold?

or Fire/Bicheon/Lightning and a little of cold?

Please I need a answer, what skills should I mastery. And should I stay pure Int or Hybrid Int? And what about weapon S/S or Spear?

spear nuker is the funnest build... and does the most mag damage, currently i am a hybrid spear nuker and own anyone my lv in 2 nukes.

If you want S&S, you should go pure INT. Hybrid INT is suitable for a spear.
Let me explain.
The spear has extra STR, whereas the sword has the extra defense and block from the shield.
The sword has more INT then the spear, but the spear has higher base magical attack from the weapon.

This pretty much balances it out.
I shall provide two videos, so that you can compare the fightning styles of the pure INT S&S and the hybrid INT spear.

The spear Have more HP not STR
And the sowrd haven't more INT nor more MP it have mag attack less than spear and more phy&mag def from the shiled ..

STR = more HP , more phy attack , more phy def , more phy balance
INT = more MP , more mag attck , more mag def , more mag balance

ouch....lvl 30 ice is a waste of 30 masteries. Weak snow shield that wont help you much and a phy def buff that isnt even noticable. At lvl 80 i suggest a 60ice mastery if you go hybrid, but if you decide on pure int, your going to need lvl 80 ice and hope to survive.

I want to know something what us the one that lvl more fast? Hybrid Int Spear or Pure Int S/S? and which one is better for PVP

Depends
Normally Spear would level faster since it does more dmg, but since hybrid, may be same as pure int s/s.

For PVP: spear= more dmg
s/s = more defence
both hav high attk power

thx guys I will be a S/S Full Int when I get 80 I will have 80 Bicheon/Fire/Lightning and 60 Cold that is ok?

Shoul I give Str some stats points or should be pure int all the way to the lvl 80?

think about 90 cap..
