What exactly is a hybrid, for example STR Hybrid?
Doeas that mean you're going for 2 str : 1 int at level up?....
And vice versa, is Int Hybrid 2 int : 1 str?

A hybrid generally refers that your MAIN base of either int or str is not max. However, adding 1 lvl, or 2 or even 3 lvls of the opposite stats dont make you a hybrid, just a really confused pure.

IMO, to be considered a real hybrid, you need at least 8 lvls of the opposing stat( 8 lvls is 24 stats). I generally prefer at least 10 lvls, for the lvl 80 cap, to be a real hybrid.

Oh, ok, i got it.. found some guides too... Damn it, now i can't decide between three things, a full str glaive, bow, or hybrid int spear... hhmmm

hybrid int spear.

out of all the builds ive played, this has been my favourite to play, and its strong in pvp

@the people confused with hybrid, 2 or 3 levels isnt hybrid, its a slightly bummed build

the ideal hybrid spear (like what i use) is 10 levels into str, which is ultimately equal to 30 points

it's a hard build
u'll miss some good mastries with dual

prefer a pure str glavie b/c easiest of all the builds, no thinking involved, just get skills from soul spear on, and your all set

anything pure is the best imo hybrid is just playing safe not taking any risk cuz your scared to lose easy so hybrid is just lame :oops:
