What to do with masteries

so cap is raising, but masteries r not, sinc eim pure str bow itll be 90 pacheon 90 fire, but what to do with the remaining skills? not lvl em up at all? or just some lvls for the basic/medium buffs? since joymax fcked it up i gotta pick 1 main and i think its firte coz of the phys dmg buffs but light has the speed and cold th edefence, so which one and what to do?
