Pure Int S/S Cold/Lightning or Euro Character

Hey guys, I've seen somewhat the same topic, but that didn't clarify my answer.
Currently I'm building a pure int s/s with cold&lightning (still at the beginning), but now with the Euro-update I'm beginning to question my charater.
I'm looking for a character which does good damage with pve (giants and uniques) but can also stand alone in jobs. As for Euro characters I was thinking of a wizard or rogue, but I believe a wizard dies too fast...

Wizard does hella damage and levels very fast however if you are mainly concerned with dying to fast, go Rogue XBow (strong in pve, jobs and pvp).

Depends how you want your character meets your playstyle, you want fast pot delay or partying or grinding.
Ya it's true wizard and rogue survivability is really low, but of course you will need to know the right tactic of leveling them, like fit inside party, get the strategies to kill enemy from afar and etc.

Rogue survivability isn't low...

When it is on Desperate or Extreme, yes!! wizard can 1 nuke ko you for sure. 75% decrease on def, it is so dangerous.

Allright, another question...Which does the most damage with all the buffs on...(not really related to the topic, but would like to know
). This also means with the 75% defense etc...

When you are jobbing wizard is always a 1 hit KO. If you don't want that type of weakness, go rogue. If you don't care about that type of weakness go wiz.

Allright, wizard doesn't work...
Now still Rogue or Pure int s/s cold/lightning...
