high lvl farming question

when ur high lvl like 50+ and ur gunna farm, do u get ur skills up to the lvl ur gunna farm at and then do the cursed heart wuest to delevel for a gap, or do u just lvl with gaps till u get a 9 gap?

if lvl down = fast leveling,less sp

gapping = slow lvling,more sp..

Well, lets say you plan to farm at lvl64. Lvl up to 64 with 0 gap, then drop mastery to lvl55 with cursed hearts...simple
