im currently farming up a blader ( Pure str atm ) and was wondering if it would be worth going Hybrid...Ive read around that hybrid bows do pretty well and thought mabye it will work for a blader aswell.

Any thoughts?

Yes, they work well.

It's been stated numerous times before in numerous threads in numerous sections of the forum.

well, pure str blader wont kill anything, so maybe a hybrid bladder will ahve better luck, jsut dont expect too much

Before euro update it was always 'hybrid str sucks balls'
I dunno how it is after teh update

if you want to kill things fast while being a Pure Str, go glavie

but hybrids also got their highs and lows just like every other build

Hybrid:

Pros- Everything is even so you can survive and dish out O.K. damage just fine.

Cons-Everything is even so you dont do massive damage, and your fights could take a long time

this is just what i have noticed with my builds.

thats why i am a Pure Str Glavie. i can take a hit and do some good damage

Im the only high lvl hybrid blader on pacific. Im currrently lvl 77 hybrid blader 90% phy and 75% mag AND ON 5 GAP. I have FULL BLUE ACCESOIRES, FULL SET BLUE GARMENT 72-76 NO SUN, 72+5 BLADE AND SHIELD. Im wearing garment chest lvl 73+3 white.

I fought ROCCO lvl 80, sun sword, 3 sun parts(armor), it was a pot match
I fought cogaidolong lvl 80 full farm, full blue pro +5 and 72+9 spear, it was pot match
Fought Eliteturk, lvl 78 glaiver, unknown gear it was pot match

SO IN THE END, no matter what kind of blader you are, it will always be pot fight of course as long as your not pure int blader. But hybrid would do more damage, so its up to u, more damage or more hp, i survive fine as hybrid blader i dont get kill often, as i said i tanked a lvl 80 full farm with +9 spear and i only have +5 wep and im lvl 77 unfarm and its still a pot fight.
