Heelp me Plz! Answer!

Hi all,

I have a problem. I have a lvl 33 Europe char and it is a Warlock. Now, i want to restart with a Dagger char, because they always hit me around 1000 damage when they are lvl 30 (3 lvls blow me), and they kill me almost all the time. Now, i have siome questions:

-1 : Is it normal that they hit me 1000? Do they hit always so big damage?
-2: If it is, wich skills i need to grade up for sure?

well are you grinding solo or in a party?

have npc gear still, and is it up to date?

are you carrying a gap, that will effect the gear you wear.

skills maxed for your mastery?
