SP Farming @ LVL 16, Garmet lvl's

Ok, so I've been sp farming for a while now but I want to start collecting a full SOS suit for lvl 16. What is the highest level that the game has for SOS items that I can wear at lvl 16? Please only give levels that come in SOS form. I want the full suit. thanks.

Wristlet: lvl 16 SOS

Ear Rings:
