I was thinking, how would this turn out, pure int nuker:
80 Fire
80 Light
80 Cold
60 Heuk

Now, it's not a spear nuker, it's an S-S, but without the sword mastery, this is just something i came up with out of nowhere.

80 Fire, Light and Cold for buffs/nukes, and the Heuk for the HP, and some skills like stun, and the thing that blows the enemy back.

Here is how i came up with the gameplay:
While grinding, use spear, for fast kills, and if they get near you, switch back to S-S.
In PVP, use only nukes, hit first and keep your distance, use spear, when they get near to you, or are ranged, go back to S-S, and if your fighting a nuker, hit them once with spear, and switch back to S-S.

What do you think? Would this be playable?

well, from all the HydraliskX vids, its works. by hydraliskx is like retired now, he is from the 60-cap time

not investing into swordsmanship is gonna cost you, KD+Stab can buy you a lot of time, you cant keep running away some time

pure int with spear out your mana shield has run out and your stun/kb didnt work?????? what do u do now as you just got stuned........prolly die
