Cleric Skills that last after weapon switch!

Post by gongjaied »

Just wondering which skills (100% Confirmation from Cleric players) once cast will still be active after you switch from Cleric Rod to something else?

Also bonus question: anyone know what Healing Recovery and Recovery Division does? Are they heal over time type of spells? Because there's already Healing Cycle that does the job...and if so would it last after weapon switch?

If the required item tag is on a skill, it ends when you switch weapons/armor. Thus simply look at Cleric skills. If it says "Item Used: Rod", and no "Item Required", it can work after switching weapons. If it says "Item Required" and has an item you won't have when you switch, the effect will end (considering the effect you want has a duration).

1. Bless
2. Holy Word
3. Healing Cycle
4. Recovery Division

1. Recovery - is a strong healing spell, heals by percentage, while Healing has a fixed HP value.
2. Recovery Division - gives HP regen to the party member w/ the lowest HP for 5 minutes at lvl 1. It gives more HP over time and lasts longer compared to Healing Cycle.

For any sub question don't care is cleric, wiz, warlock or whatsoever, in the skill description when it said "Required Item" means it will not work once you switch weapon. If it's said only "Used Item", means it will work.
