does fire shield reduce ice's freezing probability?

fire shield discription said "reduce weakening, restriction and curse series",
is freezing and frostbite included? thanks.

yes it weakens freeze/frostbite

if u get fire shield with atleast 20 status weakening, u can be 100% immune to it =P
