Physical Attack Power 172-210 (+215%)
Knock-down 50% (Level 40)
what means that "Level 40"? that i can knockdown only ppl up to level 40?

It means that it is 50% knockdown probability on monster under lvl 40. Monsters over that lvl are under 50% knockdown probabilty.
