Hi this is my first guide. Please help me if i miss anything. Thanks.
This build consist of higher tanking abilities than hybrid int, and more damage than a pure str glaive
The mastery should plan to be:
Heuksal: level 80
Fire: Level 80
Lightning: Level 80
Cold: Level 60
or for 120 cap
Heuksal: Level 120
Fire: Level 120
Lightning: Level 60
The skills I recommend to use:
Heuksal:
Fanning Spear Series: Increase magical defense
Soul Depart Spear Series: Massive damage attack to single unit
Ghost Spear Attack Series: Massive damage attack with surrounding radius
Chain Spear Attack Series: Fast hitting attack
Flying Dragon Spear Series: Ranged spear attack
Cheolsam Force Series(Passive): Permanently add hp to the character
Fire:
Fire Force Series: The imbue to increase weapon damage(Magic Damage)
Fire Shield Series: Reduce the effect of abnormal status
Flame Body Series: Increase the physical Damage
Fire Protection series: Protection from magical attacks
Flame Wave Series: Pure ranged magical attack, for opening attacks
Flame Devil Force Series(Passive): Increase physical damage
Lightning:
Piercing Force Series: Increase magical damage
Wind Walk Series: Increase running speed
Concentration Series: Increase parry ratio
Heaven's Force Series: A passive increase for parry ratio
Cold:
Frost Guard Series: Increase physical defense
Snow Shield Series: x% Damage goes to mana instead of Health
Cold Armor Series(Passive): Permanently Increase Physical defense.
You can use the Show Shield series when you are in a dire situation to help you tank better. But when level 120, It will not be needed because your health will be a lot, you can reduce it to 20 for the first skill in snow shield series. It is your choice to decide for defense, or attack.
During player versus player situation:
You can open up with a Flying Dragon attack, and Fire nuke attack. Then in close combat the Soul spear will come in handy, followed by Ghost spear attack. In the case of a stun from soul spear, use the chain spear series to attack because it can deal fast damage to the player. If the player knock you down or knock back or stun, you can equip a shield to block him, and then quickly switch back to the weapon. The shield degree does not matter much, but the block ratio is important. Try to get one with 18+ block ratio. If you see yourself losing in battle and your health potion cannot sustain your life, you can use Ghost Walk-Phantom to quickly teleport away to regain health. Also in this losing situation, it will be a good idea to cast on Snow shield series to help you tank better. At my level(69) with 68+3 glaive, I am dealing about 6k damage total with soul spear-soul to a Blade and shield user with Protector.
Why hybrid glaive?
The bow skills lack chain attacks, allowing the enemy to heal off the damage in the time it takes you to use your next skill. The Blade is nice but the damage is not as strong as a glaive. The glaive can deal a high amount of damage at a consistant speed.
Unlike hybrid int, or pure int builds, the Hybrid str build can utilize the tanking abilities of str, while dealing the damage of int. The tanking and damage provide a good medium build to tank and deal damage.
Why not hybrid str spear? Spear has a higher crit potential.
Yes true Spears have 2 more critical potential than glaives do, but the reason to use a glaive is because the build is 2Str:1Int, 2/3 of the damage that is produced comes from physical attacks and glaives have higher physical attack damage.
Would the nukes not be a little... crappy?
The nukes can still deal a decent amount of damage, and besides the flying dragon spear attack has a 7 second cool down, enough time for you to use a 2nd ranged attack. This is the scenario: You use Flying dragon on your enemy, and he uses phantom walk to get to you quickly, but you can phantom-walk away from him and use a 2nd ranged attack and he cannot get you because his phantom walk is on cooldown. By the time he gets to you, you will be ready for hand to hand combat.
As of right now my character is level 69 Glaive. Str:2, Int:1 every level since level 1. I recommend to use garment because the life of the character is high to tank physical, but not quite enough to tank from magical damage very well.
Why include the Fanning Spear Series?
In the Current version of Silkroad, Using the Fanning Spear Series will not immobilize the player. In fact, the character is able to move around freely, and attack while the skill is in use. This skill is highly effective when playing against any monster or person who uses magical attacks.
Sorry there is no picture yet. I will try to add some later. If you have any question about my build, please ask, I am here to help. This is my first guide, so any missing information, or advice please let me know.

Thanks for the compliment=)

i have one question about your skills:
I noticed that you included the fanning spear series...why is that? I heard that for glaive users, that skill is by far the most worthless skill in all heuksal tree....I believe when you use that skill, you cannot move or even attack, you just stand there spinning your spear around like an idiot while taking barely any damage???
