The Perfect bower for PvP...<Need Advice>

Right now i read alot of forums about bowing...some say u get ice to slow them down, some say full int is better, some say make a 80/80 balance, but i wanted to make a topic of my own...What DO YOU think is the best build for PvP?

Im not really into bows, but a friend has one so i can say something about it ,
Pure str bow, I would take an ice imbue, so u can keep ur opponents at a distance in pvp
Just take a bow with crit 14/15 orso, then u should be doing fine

Take your pick - make your own
Ice for pve / Ice + snowshield pvp.....you will find the occasional ice immune player but then again if you are gonna cape fight as your main fun in SRO then there is always gonna be somebody with leet gear that can kill you and I for one am a long way to the cap and those that I fight pvp/jobbing are usually not ice immune.

pure str bow has the best crits =).
