need tips for skill points with a full int archer

the archer thing is only to lvl 30 then i switch to S/S...only to lvl up fast...
anyways im lvl 20 with all my masteries at lvl 15 except for the weapon one which i am keeping at a 3 lvl gap and im planning to delvl the mastery to lvl 15 so i can have a 9 lvl gap so i can start farming....
this has been driving me nuts since i started the char( like 4 days ago)
soo need help....
I have a friend who was full int an he always had 3 gap an didnt farm an he went ok.... hes lvl 60 now....lol but it looks like the 3 lvl gap isnt working for me... so ino what shud i do??? PLZ HELP!!!
