Is this a good Hybird Spear BUILD

Is this character looks good ? I have saw it in game ?
And i think to start 1 like it.
Mag % 94 with EQ
Phy % 71 with EQ
Lightening 80 Heusksal 80 ice 80 fire 60
Imbue lightening
Till lvl 50 0 gap
Then 10k in 50
20k in 60
and in 77 full farmed
200 STR : 330 INT with EQ
I saw this character killing every other except SUNs
So tell me your OPINION.
And i think to start 1 like it.
