im a blade/shield/ice/pure str and i was wondering if i should get fire or lightning for those power ups (although i have lightning for speed). in that making a blader thread he has fire and stuff and i wonder if i should get it. Should i? Thanks

imo you should go with fire especially if your a tanker...

I would say you should get the fire imbue because of the fact that it does more damage. I do not think you should get lightning for two reasons. One, you already have a primary element and two, most of the lightning buffs deal with parry or magic buffs. You dont need parry that much cus you can jsut tank hits and you dont need magical because your pure STR. Hope that helps!

lightning is one of the best because the higher your parry the less damg u take and the better tanker you can be

but it comes down to the question of do you want to spend more time tanking hits, or do you want to kill them faster?

Fire has 2 skills that are more or less must have for pure str characters, who want to be able to deal some decent dmg, Flame Body, and Flame Devil. Plus, the magic def. up and shield buff would be helpful when facing monsters that deal alot of magical dmg, such as Earth taoists, or when reducing the effect of cold in trades or PvP.

Get fire, lightning is for nukers.

Nuker or nuke is a person who uses the most powerful technique in fire/ice/lightning these nukes do over 1.5k if you are a pure int. flame arrow serries is fire nuke, snow storm series (if im right) is ice nuke and lion shout series is mini lightning nuke (for level 17) and some lightning nuke that spread toeverything around it. These nukes are powerful yet it drains MP plus only 30+ are nukers because mini nukes are nothing!

Well, Dosn't this mean they are stronger? and If so, Why wouldnt I want to be one? High MP Consumption rate?

Nuker is PURE INT or HYBRID INT , so Nuker will have very LOW HP & LOW Physical DEF
